OUR STORY
Hooligan Kitchen Collective was built on a foundation of traditional Mexican tacos, street food, and the recipes and flavors that shaped our heritage. What began as a passion for bold, authentic Mexican cooking has grown into something much bigger—a chef-driven catering experience that explores a wide range of cuisines while staying true to where we started.
Today, we proudly serve elevated Mexican classics designed for luxury events, alongside Italian eatery-style pasta bars, reimagined Americana, and custom menus inspired by flavors from around the world. While our offerings have expanded, our Mexican roots remain at the heart of everything we do, influencing the way we approach food: vibrant, flavorful, welcoming, and made to bring people together.
We believe great food should feel exciting, a little indulgent, and never boring. Every menu is thoughtfully crafted, every detail carefully considered, but there's still a bit of hooligan in everything we do—pushing boundaries, honoring tradition, and creating unforgettable experiences that feel as good as they taste.

Known for founding and leading Bully Taco Catering, Pedro brings more than 30 years of restaurant and catering experience to HKC, along with a passion for bold flavors and exceptional hospitality. Rooted in authentic Mexican street food traditions, every menu blends those time-honored flavors with creative, chef-driven innovation. Through collaborative menu development and expert execution, every dish is crafted with a balance of tradition, creativity, and culinary mastery.

Direct of Events & Design, Managing Member
As Director of Events & Design, Les oversees all event planning, client coordination, and the creative details that bring each celebration to life. From the first inquiry to the final presentation, every event is thoughtfully designed to deliver a seamless experience with elevated style. As the founder of Trio Snack Co., Hooligan's sister company, Les brings a passion for creative hospitality and memorable guest experiences, blending elevated design with bold, modern style.
